Steve has over 20 years of experience in post payment recovery auditing. Prior to becoming CEO in 2002, Steve was an auditor and manager for over 10 years with CPRS specializing in retail and commercial audits. Under Steve’s strategic leadership, CPRS recoveries have achieved double digit growth year after year. Steve is personally attuned to clients and is skilled at translating their vision and changing needs into accounting directives that ensure maximal recoveries.
Diana has over 25 years of post payment recovery audit experience. Her in-the-trenches expertise and commitment to CPRS is the foundation of our client-focused organization. Diana is well versed in the intricacies of the entire procure-to-pay process. Her experience and tenure have molded CPRS' mission statement to provide comprehensive, customized recovery audit solutions with unparalleled customer service.
Rick brings 30 years of experience in operational leadership. Translating audit objectives into tangible, “back end” steps to achieve client goals—in the form of recoveries and valuable insights—is his area of expertise. Rick’s tenured roots in recovery audit services, business unit management, financial operations and accounts payable workflow afford him the requisite insight to actualize client objectives through careful and strategic planning. Rick is well versed in both the retail and commercial sectors. Prior to joining CPRS, he was co-owner of Robert Beck & Associates, Inc., a boutique firm specializing in recovery auditing. Rick was integral to the firm's construction and ultimate acquisition by PRGX. Formerly, Rick also served as Sr. Vice President of Operations at PRGX and Vice President of Retail Operations at Apex Analytix.
Tammi has spent her career in grassroots merchandising, sales, store development and project management. At CPRS, Tammi is responsible for assisting clients in reaching their recovery goals while finding solutions for their unique challenges. Tammi’s client first approach helps CPRS to provide industry leading results and client satisfaction.
Dan has spent his career providing solutions to some of the largest and best run companies in the world. He started his career with Automatic Data Processing where he learned the foundations of sales and client management. He spent the past 12 years with Connolly as VP of Business Development. In this role Dan helped Connolly rise to a leading position in the recovery audit industry. Dan’s responsibilities at CPRS include leading sales and marketing efforts to achieve our goals.

With a background in technology and business operations, John has been providing leadership to companies for over 30 years. John has held roles that include CIO, COO, President, and CEO, in a variety of organizations including startups and billion-dollar, international organizations.

Since 2012, John has been assisting clients with business and divisional turnarounds, strategic alignment and innovation in both technology and operations, and product development and commercialization. He has often been engaged to provide guidance and solutions on the complexities of business and technology strategy and problem solving.

Most recently, John has been engaged with universities in the US and the Middle-East, and a holding company in Kuwait to assess the technology infrastructures and business processes, advising the executive groups, and helping to map technology needs for future growth and development.

Dan began his career in public accounting and ultimately found his niche in procure to pay auditing. He has been with CPRS, Inc. for over 10 years with an emphasis on contract compliance in heavy industry. With extensive experience in audit, business development, and account management he excels at achieving key deliverables to clients: maximum return on investment, minimum impact on client stakeholders, key metric driven reporting, and thoughtful navigation of important supplier relationships. He helped successfully negotiate the acquisition of an industry competitor and has leveraged the combined experience of the groups to achieve strong year over year growth while maintaining consistent client results.
Sandra has over 30 years of operational experience in the retail and government sectors of the recovery audit business. She brings her ability to analyze complex situations, develop creative solutions in our ever-changing environments and manage targeted audit profitability through revenue generation, expense control and optimal staffing mix. Prior to joining CPRS Sandra spent 13 years developing and growing Fial & Associates Northeast region which was acquired by PRGX in 1995. During her 20-year tenure at PRGX, Sandra held various operational management positions focusing on strategic planning and building stronger client relationships with emphasis in team development and process improvement.
Jeff has 17 years of state and local tax auditing experience. He specializes in reverse audits, audit defense, and tax consulting. Jeff is a strategic thinker and has successfully executed and managed numerous custom audit programs that have resulted in impressive tax overpayment recoveries and future tax savings. He has delivered valuable audit planning and audit defense strategies to clients using his expertise in the areas of electronic data analysis, population refinement, and statistical sampling. Jeff is a CPA and holds a B.A. in Business from the University of Washington.
